DIAGNOSE — Run Your Baseline

What Happens

Complete the Acceleration Diagnostic at the start of each quarter — or as your entry point into FounderAgent. The 30-question assessment covers Technical, Business & Finance, and GTM & Commercial dimensions.

The diagnostic produces a Triangle Radar showing your current strength profile across all three dimensions and a Series B Gap Map that identifies your lowest-scoring dimension as the highest-leverage intervention point.

30 Questions ~10 minutes Instant results

What You Get

Triangle Radar Score — visualises your execution profile across Technical, Business, and GTM on a single chart. Reveals imbalances before they become crises.

Series B Gap Map — your lowest dimension becomes your Q1 sparring priority. The map includes specific agent routing: which of the three specialized agents to engage first and on what topic.

Agent Routing — the diagnostic recommends the highest-impact session to start with.

Phase 2 · Ongoing — Throughout the Quarter

ACCELERATE — Work the Gap

Three specialized AI agents — each built on the BoardAgent knowledge base used by PE-backed boards and executive teams. Each agent is calibrated to your stage, sector, and the Series B threshold.

Technical Agent

CTO · CPO Lens

  • AI defensibility stress-test — moat vs. wrapper
  • PMF evidence review: NRR, retention depth, usage quality
  • Build / buy / partner decision framework
  • Tech debt vs. growth gate by stage
  • EU AI Act exposure check
  • Engineering velocity diagnostics
Business Agent

CEO · CFO Lens

  • Unit economics modelling — LTV/CAC by cohort, burn multiple
  • 13-week cash flow and runway scenario planning
  • Strategy alignment vs. funded thesis
  • Board reporting standardisation — VC-grade format
  • Fundraising readiness checklist vs. Series A/B criteria
  • Investor update drafting and narrative pre-wiring
GTM Agent

CSO · CMO Lens

  • Pricing Power Diagnostic — Revenue at Risk (€) calculation
  • ICP definition and pipeline coverage math
  • GTM motion scalability test — founder vs. repeatable
  • Marketing channel efficiency and CAC-by-source
  • AI seat-compression impact on revenue model
  • Competitive positioning and category narrative

Recommended Cadence

2–3 agent sessions per week during active execution periods. 1 session minimum per week during quieter periods. Sessions are context-aware — the agent reads your sector, stage, and prior context to avoid starting from scratch each time.

2–3× per week recommended Available daily between board meetings No session minimum

COACH — The Personal Effectiveness Layer

What It Is

The Founder Coach is a personal effectiveness layer that sits alongside the three execution agents. Unlike the Technical, Business, and GTM agents which operate at the company level, the Coach operates at the founder level.

Activate it during high-stress periods, major decision points, co-founder tension, or any moment where personal clarity matters more than another strategy session.

Personal layer On-demand Confidential framing

Core Topics

Co-founder dynamics — role clarity, conflict navigation, equity conversation preparation, and decision authority disputes.

Investor management — board relationship stewardship, update narrative, difficult investor conversations, and pre-wiring board meetings.

Personal effectiveness — decision fatigue, leadership presence, communication style, and managing through uncertainty.

Founder transitions — first hires, letting go of execution, first VP-level appointment, moving from founder to CEO.

Phase 4 · Quarter End

RESET — Recalibrate for the Next Quarter

What Happens

At the end of each quarter, re-run the Acceleration Diagnostic to generate updated scores. Compare your new Triangle Radar against the previous quarter's baseline to measure progress and surface new gaps.

The RESET session with your Business Agent reviews the quarter against the Series B milestone checklist and sets the priority stack for the next cycle.

~30 minutes Before next board meeting Quarterly cadence

What You Get

Updated Triangle Radar — track movement in each dimension. Consistent upward progress signals Series B readiness. Flat or declining dimensions signal a gap that needs immediate focus next cycle.

Next-cycle priority stack — which agent to engage first in Q2, what specific topics, and which tools to use.

Raise readiness check — a quick flag on whether your current profile clears the Series B threshold across technical, financial, and commercial dimensions.
